Versa left button is not responding

Hi,

My son has a versa watch that is about 6 months old, maybe less, its been fine until today, he went for a swim and afterwards the watch was unresponsive, after a while he got the two right hand buttons to go, but not the left.

We have left it for hours and hours, charged it up, no better.

I did a factory reset on the watch and re downloaded the app and re synced it to an iphone.

Again, the left hand button does nothing and I'm stuck as to know what to do from here...

Your thoughts?

As far as I can tell the other buttons and the watch seem to be going ok.

Hi, unfortunately the Versa is not waterproof, but water resistant for a certain distance under water. This means that you have to dry your Vers after each swim thoroughly, including the band. In your case, I would advice you to contact Customer Support about this problem.
