Versa left button not correctly working

The left button on my versa is sticking, finding it difficult to get the screens.

Hi @Spanish1maid, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the button of your Versa, I recommend you to try our restart process. You can also may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Just hold the device at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around it.
