Versa left button stopped working

My Versa was was replaced one year ago and it was working properly for few months. But since 2 months it's back button at left side is not responding. I cleaned that button and also tried to loosen it but still no use. I also contacted to fitbit support by writing but till date my issue is unresolved by support team
