Versa light showing wrong time and not syncing

My versa lite. Is showing the wrong time and won’t sync. I’ve tried disconnecting it from app. And Bluetooth. I’ve turned phone and watch on and off but nothing is working to sync it. 
any ideas please?

Hi @Annieknights your tracker is not syncing, therefore the time is off.

Removing the tracker from the phones bluetooth is a good idea. Removing the tracker from your Fitbit account will usually add more problems.

Have you been able to setup the tracker to your Fitbit accoint?

May I ask what model phone are you asking about?

My Fitbit is connected to my app it took ages to reconnect but it did connect. Just won’t sync. says device not found. 
im on iPhone
