Versa light won’t hold charge

Hi there,

My Fitbit versa light won’t hold its charge. Basically it said low battery I put it on charge and came back an hour later and it still said 0% but charging. So I took it off charge and it immediately switched itself off. I left it for a while and tried to charge again and same thing happened saying charging and at 0% no matter how much time passes on charge it’s 0% I’ll unplug and it will switch off and wondered if this has happened to anybody else’s?

Hi @Islayha06 - unfortunately this is generally a sign the watch has a problem, but try charging from a PC port. If you get the time immediately when off charge to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates the logo may appear.
