My Daughter purchased a second hand versa lite. She as got the fitbit app using her Google account . She is 15 so no age restrictions issues. Her phone will not connect to the versa lite . Just says failed, She as tried connecting to my fitbit and that works, I have tried connecting to the versa lite fitbit on my phone and that works. We have tried absolutely everything that is suggested but her phone will not connect to the versa lite. Very frustrating.  Any help ?

Hi @Gareth...   Is there any chance that she uses an iPhone 17?  The iPhone 17 has Bluetooth 6.0.  Newer Bluetooth versions are supposed to be backwards compatible.  But there are many posts from original Versa and Versa Lite users who say their devices stopped connecting.  They are 2018-2019 models.  The Pixel 10 has Bluetooth 6.0, too.  But I haven't seen any posts from Pixel 10 users.

Can you share other details about the phones?

@Gareth...   I don't know if Apple Support might have any troubleshooting help or not.  They might have a turn Bluetooth off/restart phone/restart device/etc. path that will get the Fitbit connected.  Or is just might be a Bluetooth incompatibility.
