Versa lite doesnt work after hard reset

My versa lite has been telling me to install the app over and over, but when i get it to sync to the app, it goes into the download proccess and gives me a white logo before gping back to the previous screen. Ive restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and still nothing. Ive only had it for less than 6 months and dont want to return it, but i may have to if this continues.

Hi @Darknight411 your title says the Versa lite doesnt work after a hard reset. A hard reset is done by turning off the Versa lite then turning the Versa Lite on. Are you saying your Versa Lite will not turn on?

 

As for your body of the message, this seems to be about the Fitbit app on some type of phone.

Are you trying to sync the tracker, or trying to set the tracker up? Was the tracker removed from your Fitbit app or is it still connected?
