So frustrated. Have had Versa Lite for less than a year. About a week ago I noticed that my versa lite would randomly turn off then turn back on. So of course I read up on it and did a factory reset. Now my versa lite is stuck flipping from the “loading” or updating screen to the “set up” or download the Fitbit app screen. I’ve tried disconnecting the Fitbit and repairing, turning the Bluetooth off, multiple resets. I’m at my wits end. I’m a single mom who can not afford to keep investing in these devices. Extremely disappointed in this product
