Versa lite incorrect time and won’t sync

I have the versa lite. The time on my clock slowly gets slower and slower. It will start by being 2 minutes slow then 30 minutes later it’s 5-7 minutes slow. I try to re sync my Fitbit usually with no luck. I have turned my Bluetooth off and back on, I’ve restarted my Fitbit, I’ve forgot my device and reconnected it, I’ve even disconnected my Fitbit from the app and reconnected. Still constantly have issues syncing. And when it does sync, it doesn’t stay synced for long

I'm having the same issue with my Versa (not the Lite) - have reset without success; unpaired to try and reset and now neither my phone nor my PC can locate it via Bluetooth even though it was working prior to unpairing (and my phone can locate other BT devices in my home, but not the Versa that's sitting in the charger right next to it!).
