About a week ago my Fitbit stopped showing my text messages and my calls. I have everything I know to get it to work again. Someone plz help

Hi there, @ARB_2021. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. 

 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. I was wondering if by any chance you get any error message on the Fitbit app? If so, may I know what the message says?

 

While I wait for your response, please make sure you've followed all troubleshooting steps provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?
