It's not tracking my heart rate or steps. The pulse sensor light is not turning on. Steps reading "0" zero as well. I have reset/ turned off the versa lite and still not sensing.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is not tracking your heart rate nor your steps. Thank you for restarting and turning off your device before contacting us. Please open the Settings app on your watch and make sure Heart Rate is set to On. You can also turn the setting off and back on to see if there is any change.
If this doesn't work, please perform a factory reset of your Versa Lite by following the steps below, but keep in mind your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be removed from the device:
On your Versa Lite, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

Hello,
I'm having the same problem with my daughter's fitbit versa lite. I have updated her iphone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the fitbit, I tried a factory reset on the fitbit, and switching clock faces. Still the heart rate nor steps are tracking.

Contact customer service. I had to get it replaced.. twice. Sorry
