Versa lite problem connecting to LG Stylo 5

Hi I am having a problem connecting my LG Stylo 5 phone to my versa Lite. Is my phone compatible? My phone has Android 9. Please help me. Thank you in advance

Hi @Tonya6559 Unfortunately I dont see your phone on the Supported Devices List  which may be the problem. If you are trying to set up try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Set up issues. You could also contact Support and see if they can help you.

According to the list LG V10 is on the list.  It has an android 6 operating system.  I have LG V40, with an android 9 operating system.  Mine worked fine for almost a year connected to my computer.  On Wednesday I began having syncing problems.  I contacted online assistance, who suggested that I switch to my phone.  I did that.  It worked for a few hours and then stopped syncing.  The second agent said that my phone was not compatible.  Apparently, they are having a software issue with newer models. Check with online help to see if they could help you.  When I can get mine synched, I keep comparing fitbit time with my phone.  I can usually tell within the hour if it is staying synched.
