Just had this happen to me last night. What ever you do, don't do a factory reset (3 buttons pushed) or it will turn off and will not come back on. I would also suggest not updating it if you haven't yet. My kicked the bucket after I tried to update and it could no longer "find" my versa. I've seen many comments saying the same thing - theirs stopped working and in a similar way after they updated theirs.
Customer service will then tell you it is out of the warranty period if it is over a year old and offer you a 25% discount code to buy a new one.
Try and push the back button and the bottom right button and hold for 10 seconds. Do this a few times and see if it will finally reset it. Someone else said this worked for them in previous comments.
