Hi, 

I am not able to use the touch screen of my versa lite, as it doesnt respond to the touch . Not able to reset the watch as it does not respond to touch . 

Kindly help me with this. I tried to remove the device from my phone app n install again too. 

I tried to restart many times. Cant do anything apart from that.

Hi @Guddi,

 

Press the button on the side for about 10 seconds, this will trigger a soft reset on the watch.  If you hold it down for about 15 seconds, this will trigger a factory reset on the watch.

I tried doing it, but it only restarts and goes to 'sport' option directly.
Nothing else comes.
