Versa lite water damaged

I went swimming with my versa lite. Since then it turned off and won't start up again. I can see water damage in the back on the sensors. I thought they were suppose to be waterproof up to 50 meters?

With issues with the heart rate the other day and now this, I'm really disappointed. I'm out of warranty and was given 35% discount when I raised the heart rate issue the other day... now I have this issue.

Really can't afford to be replacing products that are faulty that shouldn't have these issues in the first place. 😒

I have the same issue. Went to the gym and it was working have been in the water dozens of times before. Went to the pool with my kids after and now the watch will not work and has a bit of condensation in the back like yours as well. I tried the reset it doesn’t work. My charger afterwards showed just the Fitbit symbol for a few mins and now nothing.  Hoping there is a fix for this!

Just happened to my husband too. We’re on holiday, first day in the pool yesterday and his Versa Lite hasn’t worked since. Tried the reset and nothing?

I’ve used this watch swimming for over a year now and suddenly it stopped working. I can see water in the sensor area. The watch definitely hasn’t been 50 meters under water. I’m not happy!

Mine won't record my heart rate anymore either. Now it won't record my steps taken per hour or hold a charge.
