Versa lite will not track sleep

I have had my Versa lite since Christmas and it has tracked sleep 2 times to be exact. I have uninstalled my app I have reset my watch. I have factory reset it as well. Nothing works. It is very frustrating that you spend all this money and there's no way to simply call or send an email. Seriously considering switching devices now

In my experience, FitBit automatically tracks sleep hours ONLY if you are in bed continuously for 7 - 8 hours and never get up during night.

I have seen statements that the FitBit requires 3 hours in bed before it will recognize that you were asleep.

I wake up most nights 3 - 4 times. I have manually enter my sleep in the app after I wake up.
