I have a new versa lite got it set up and it won't sync and my phone says it can't find device. I have reinstalled it and worked fine yesterday all day and now it won't sync or my phone can't find device and it is showing that it is paired with my phone.

@LibbyBurkett Have you tried turning off the bluetooth and unpairing the device?
Which phone are you using? Is it in the Supported Devices list?

Is it the Fitbit app that can not find? The phone is not suppose to find the tracker.
