Versa locked...cannot set up again etc

I was changing my bands today and my Versa locked.  I've tried changing the pin, as suggested in other posts, as it says 'unlock with your phone'.  I logged out on the app ano  logged back in but then my device has disappeared from the app!  I go to set back up again, but I've still got the dreaded 'unlock with your phone' on the screen.  Help!!!!

The exact same thing happened to me and I can’t fix it! So frustrating think I’ve wasted money on this device

I ended up contacting Customer Support. Explained what happened etc. They had me try factory reset three times, but that didn’t work. So they’ve arranged for a replacement device to be sent. I’ve got to keep my straps etc, so it’s the actual device that’s being sent. And the bad device can be recycled through an electronic recycler. Give them an email. It can’t hurt! Good luck xx

That was the same as me!  Because my device no longer shows on the app etc, I had to resort to contacting customer support.  Give them an email, explaining what’s going on etc, and they’ll get it sorted.  Keep me posted xx

No. I ended up having to get a replacement device sent to me. You need to talk to Customer Support and get a case going. Good luck!
