Versa loosing power

My Versa is now not holding a charge for its "usual" length of time.  Fully charged at 8am yesterday and 24 hours later down to 40%, won't last until I get home from work.  I have not added any more notifications or changed anything. I did do a reset this morning at about 9am, but the battery is still loosing power at a faster rate.

I noticed it did not track my sleep from 4 February but did track it last night (13 February) where it said I got 9+ hours (I wish!) and that I went to bed at 7:30pm (while I was having dinner).  I was still moving around (cleaning up etc) so I am not sure if it thought I was sleepwalking.  Any advice/help regarding the battery, it is very frustrating that I have to charge it every day!

I am having the same problem.i used the chat to contact customer service and they initiated a battery test.  After the test they did recognize that I have a battery drain issue.  They emailed me a shipping label and instructions on how to send it back so that they can send me a new one....this will be my third Versa.  I’m not even sure I want another new one and certainly don’t want to be without a Fitbit at all while I wait for the replacement so for now I am charging at night so I at least have it during the day

Hi mine seems to have developed the same issue. No changes to life no changes to the Fitbit and last night whilst it was on the side it managed to loose 24% of its battery☹️ Just message support and waiting for response
