Versa loses charge quickly

I have had a versa for 3 years now and don’t run lots of apps or music etc from it. I just use it as a tracker and for the time. No settings of constantly active or anything like that. Also it has rarely been charged overnight but now it’s drops from 100% to low 90% in 1-2 hours. No settings have been changed.

what can you suggest?

do I need to replace the battery?

can I replace the battery?

@Allencm1975 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the battery draining issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Regarding your questions, I'm afraid that the battery cannot be replaced since it comes built-in.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already followed but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the battery doesn't drain that fast.

Hope this helps.

@Allencm1975 You are welcome. After trying the tips mentioned above, charge your device for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

See you around.
