Versa losing my step/activity counts!

I use both my Fitbit One and Versa throughout the day.  In the last 2 weeks, when syncing, my Versa reverts back to the early morning count.  It doesn't keep count of active minutes, the lunch time laps or anything.  I literally watch it go from 10K steps down to the 300 steps taken to get dressed earlier in the day!  What is wrong?  My One always worked fine without any issues, now this fancy thing makes me feel like I wasted my money!

Hello @PG-13

So if you add up both trackers at the end of the day, are they your actual steps. 

I believe that is what matters. 

Fitbit has it set up, so you can't double up on steps when using 2 trackers on the same account.
