Versa lost time and wont synch

Woje this morning to find my versa was an hour behind real time, been trying to fix it all day but got nowhere as it now isn't synching. Lost more time during day, I'm now 90 minutes behind real time,, anyone else had this issue?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks finally did synch at 4.02 this morning, got correct time back but we
now are losing time again and not synching, surely I shouldn't have to keep
going through all these troubleshooting stages so frequently?

Sounds like your Versa is not staying linked to your phone.  I would delete the connection and try connecting again.  Do it after a sync so you do not loose any info.

My husband and I both have a Fit Bit Versa, his keeps losing time and has issues syncing and I have never had an issue with mine. 

I contacted Fit Bit regarding this and the only thing they where able to tell me is that it is his phone. My husband has an Lg6 they said it was never tested compatible with that phone. 

I have to connect it my Samsung to get the time fixed, and it might last 1-2 days before it happens again! 

They should really tell you when you purchase their $200+ Fit Bit it might not work with you phone!

My problem is now resolved but by god was it hard work. Mine turned out to
be the versa itself, fitbit tried implying it was my phone at first until I
said I didn't accept that as it worked fine with my previous fitbit.
Eventually after making me try many things they agreed to replace it but
did not have my colour choice in stock and could not say when it would be
so I chose a colour I didn't really want as I just wanted to her going
again. There were then issues with postage labels, I ended up having to pay
the postage which they agreed to refund but it took 3months to get the
refund and 18 communications via email or live chat as there's no phone
option to call them. Fitbit are without a doubt the worst company I have
had to communicate with so far

Just to be clear, your issue was fixed by getting a new watch? I am having the same problem. I am always 20 minutes behind and have tried everything. I guess it is time to call unless someone else has a fix.

I restarted the phone deleted the app and restarted the bluetooth and went
threw the whole set-up process again.
Everything works with my Samsung phone but my husband had an LG and we have
this issue often with his. Fitbit customer service had told me the Vera was
never tested compatible with an LG! But it was a 200+ watch, we just keep
reinstalling his when it acts stupid.
