Versa missing the first 2-3 hours of sleep

I see people posting that they have issues with sleep stages, or that it tracks 0 sleep. I'm having an issue where every single night, it misses like the first 2-3 hours of my sleep. The rest shows up and the sleep stages are there, but missing a bunch of hours. I have to go in and edit it every morning. Is there a fix out there or is this just another issue? I never had these issues with my Charge 2.

Thanks!

They answered with the same basic "reset" type of info they have shared
with other similar complaints. No none gets satisfaction and fitbit
escapes from actually pursuing the issue to a conclusion. They don't
follow up

It's very unfortunate. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with support and level 2 dosen't even know who the thing works! This is a typical big company with inferior support out to make a buck for the shareholders. IF they gave a crap about customers they would fix the stuff and hire quality help. But this would take from the bottom line and bend the 80/20 rule. Corporate american values suck.

Same with me. The trackers are great. This watch sucks. My Alta HR was perfect, it's just when you're out and about during the day you can't read the clock. I'm going to sell mine online and buy Garmin. 🙄

Oh, and it's messed up so many times whenever they have sent me a replacement 3xs.

While previous to owning/using the sleep application my sleep issues were minimal at best.  I have now been diagnosed with sleep anxiety due to the inconsistent sleep tracking I began to believe.  My doctor has instructed me to STOP wearing at night.  I have become anxious @ bedtime and am now prescribed sleep meds.  This sleep anxiety is not uncommon.

I found that if you delete the sleep info. Switch the watch of and enter the time manually once or twice it fixes itself..

  • I started having this issue a few days ago.  I tried turning hr tracking off and on and rebooting, but no luck.

I have the same issue, first 2 hours of sleep are missing consistently.

Also the link Alejandra does not go to an article on updating the fitbit app
