I’ve had my Versa since the spring. At the beginning, I had no issues. However, I’ve noticed that over the last few months it has NEVER recorded active minutes regardless of what level of intensity my exercise is or how long I am doing it. I’m syncing with my iPhone and have trying resetting my Versa and reinstalling the app with no luck. Help!

Hey @LiPro, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your active minutes are not being tracked, as @DramaQueenDiva said, maybe the heart rate on your watch is off, so to change those settings, please review this:
- On Ionic and Versa, open the Settings app and then tap Heart Rate to adjust this setting. Note that default setting of On is appropriate for most people; the heart-rate tracker is active when you are wearing it and is inactive when you remove it.
In addition, I'd like you to review this help article: What are active minutes? So you know what are the parameters taken into consideration by your Versa to track active minutes.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
