Versa HR issue

Anyone else tired of the Versa showing an outrageously high heart rate? For the last 2 weeks the Versa has basically been useless outside of steps because the HR monitor is key for me in figuring out calories burned, my workouts, sleep, resting heart rate, etc. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and get VERY little feedback outside of "we are working on it"...I am incredibly disappointed and will be looking for another Fitness tracker outside of the Fitbit Brand..an incredible waste of money.

Did they get you restart your Versa. 

If mine was doing this, that's where I'd start.

yup...did a factory restart and as I sit here, my HR is 148 BPM.. Just sitting..and I am relatively healthy..so annoyed by Fitbit and the lack of customer support.

They keep telling me "we are aware and the engineers are working on it"...I have also heard that they are no longer going to support Versa so all of us are screwed...
