My Fitbit versa stopped reading heart rate and I cannot get the light to come back on. A day after that it stopped counting my steps. I work in healthcare and semi obsessed with how many steps I get in a day and a very active person. I have tried restarting and resetting my Fitbit but nothing has worked. Help!!
Mine did the same thing, except it is still keeping track of my steps. I’ve tried rebooting and wiping it clean. I started the premium account and now it’s kinda pointless. Hopefully we can get some answers.
Me too! It’s not even old yet. I keep it clean, don’t shower or swim with it, always have a screen protector on it. I take better care of it than my phone .
