Versa no longer syncing

My fitbit Versa has been syncing fine until this last week. I have read the help page and done everything suggested. At some point as I work down the list something works. each time it is something different that forces a sync. To get it to sync again I have to work my way down the list again. I don't think that is acceptable. My device is a few months old, That's not the only thing that has randomly stopped working. Sorry, but this wasn't a cheap device and I don't think it's good enough.
