Versa no longer tracking/reporting sleep data.

My Versa stopped reporting sleep data within the App. It is syncing and reporting other data including steps, miles, etc.  This has worked in the past. 

I logged out of the app and back in. I turned off blue tooth off and back on my iphone. I swiped down in the app to sync data. I tried shutting down the Versa 3 through the watch and started it back up.

Why isn't it tracking sleep?

Same thing happened to me today. It's tracking some stuff but missing a bunch (active minutes, sleep, workout, moving throughout the day). Any ideas? I have also restarted everything many times. It was working yesterday.

I’ve tried everything multiple times - deleted app and reinstalled, turned Bluetooth off and on, shutdown iPhone, reset versa 3. Nothing helps.

The other issue I have is data gets repeated. When I review data for previous days in the app, certain days show exact same data, no explainable pattern. 2-3 days show exact same steps, stairs, miles etc. then there will be a couple days with correct data, then they same repeated data.

The versa shows accurate on the device throughout the day. It’s the app that is messed up.

I’m about done with versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
