Versa not able to get any text notifications

I am using an Android phone and when selecting the apps in the notifications, there are not many choices so I am not getting messages on the Versa. Please help

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Android app board to the Versa board, since I think that here you will be able to find more related topics about the watch.

 

About the notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there. Also, can you please tell me which are the apps you want to receive notifications from?

I have had my Versa for about a month on Android.  This happens to me every week once or twice a week.  My notifications are working fine, then all of sudden they aren't.  So I have to go thru removing it from the app, adding it, turning off and on notifications etc to get them working again which they then do for a few days, then rinse repeat.  Never had this issue on my Samsung S2 so has to be a Fitbit issue.  It is truly annoying to say the least.
