Versa not charging/black screen

My Versa was at about 5% battery then turned off. I put it on the charger and the screen went black. Will not charge or turn on at all. 

Help please, I've had it maybe a year.

Hello,
I have tried restarting, holding all of the buttons, holding one button at a time going into the app and trying troubleshooting there. I have previously tried everything that anyone else has suggested or tried before.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions with no luck. Screen is still black and will not charge
