Hi. Please help. My 3 month old Versa is at 0% battery but when on the docking station it is going on but stays at 0%. Charged over night and when I remove it, it dies.
The App also confirms 0%. I have reset, shutdown and everything so far that I can find on the community forum.

Hi @Pepz,
Just for future reference, I never go by what the app says in terms of battery. That only shows the battery level as of your last sync.
However, in regards to the charging issue, are the contacts on the Versa clean? If not, this could be the issue. There are several ways to do this, but my favorite is to take a toothpick and scrape around the contacts very gently. Keep scraping until they are a nice golden yellow,
If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Support, as there might be something wrong either with the charger or device.

@Pepz welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the charging issues that your Versa is experiencing.
In addition to the information that shared @DramaQueenDiva, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep @DramaQueenDiva and me posted on the outcome!

@PauleyC it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time you spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, try another USB port and see if the issue gets fixed.
Let me know how it goes!
