Versa not charging

Git message batty low put in charger. Nothing happened try 4 different USB ports and nothing. It was working fine but not charging. It is now dead. I even went and bought a new charger. No help. Left in the new charger for an hour nothing. Can't do a restart. Versa is less than a month old. Ideas? What can I do now?

Those are great news @LtBurt, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new Versa. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from the Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Keep the stepping up. Smiley Very Happy

Put it in the charger and try doing several restarts in a row and leave it on charge again. If that doesnt work you will need to contact Support (link in my signature ). Let us know how you go

My Versa is dead they are replacing it … nothing worked.

Hi,

I'm having the same exact issue! It stopped syncing and charging since 12/28/18. Since then it stays at 0%. 

I bought this in June 2018. 

The lights dont flash, not working:(

Please help!! Thanks.
