Versa not charging

Just bought a versa, took it out of the box to charge and it's not charging, tried computer and different ports? Any suggestions?

You wont see anything until its is set up. So charge it for 2 hours and then set it up

I have set it up now but my battery percentage is going down, it hasn't registered the charger
