I got my versa coming up to a month ago now, but two weeks ago it randomly had a black unresponsive screen, occasionally flashing up a 0%
No matter which output I try it will not charge enough for me to take out of the cradle, despite leaving it to charge for days on end it remains on 0%
The retailer which I got it from is also out of stock both in store and online, so I have not been able to exchange it for a hopefully working one! And so have reverted back to my Blaze, very disappointing. The first week or so of it working I much preferred the Versa and just really want it to work!
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

Hello there @Neday27, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post that your Fitbit Versa is not responding apparently due to the battery is not charging.
Thank you for letting me know that you already tried different outputs along to try a replacement with the original retailer. So In the meantime, I would like to recommend the following help article, for some additional suggestions: Why isn't my battery charging?
However, since beyond this point we cannot longer do to much in the forums, I was able to reach out to our Support Team and they confirmed that someone will be getting in touch with you via email to the address in your Community profile within the next 24-48 hours to further assist you.

Same here. 0% battery and nothing works - I'm pretty sure the charging cradle is faulty. I'm exchanging with customer services at the moment. The troubleshooting steps they have suggested are not working. Today they have asked me follow the steps again and to take a video of me perfoming those steps. I'm really quite annoyed about the lack of trust. All I want is a new cradle!
