My FitBit versa is not charging. Tried a bunch of different ways but the battery stays the same plugged in and then just dies when unplugged.
I would like a new Versa, because this is very irritating considering I haven’t even had it that long... and have had a bunch of other issues, but tried to still manage them and give it a chance. Don’t think you guys will give me a refund but I would take the replacement. I really do like the FitBit’s many other qualities though, but it does suck that my watch is going to die soon and I really have been on a consistent tracking streak. It’s annoying to have an issue like this get in the way of why I bought this device, which is to track my health every single day to achieve my goals.
FitBit team, make this right.

@chelsealately For this type of problem, you need to contact Support directly.
I moved this thread to the Versa forum, as this is a device issue, not an app issue.
