Versa not charging

My Fitbit Versa (only a few months old) is not charging when placed on dock. I moved from USB on computer to wall charger and still nothing. Not syncing, any ideas? I'm at 25%.

Clean the contacts on the watch and charger using an alcohol wipe and restart your Versa several times. Let us know how you go

thanks so much for replying. I cleaned it several times, blew in it....
but finally think what the issue was was a faulty USB port
