I bought my fitbit versa in December and its been working fine ever since.
However yesterday during my workout, with my watch fully charged, it turns off. I tried charging it but it wont charge. Noting that it is connected to the charger properly.
All I can see on the screen, is the fitbit logo flash every 5 seconds.
I am not able to restart it as well because it is not discoverable.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me out. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Joumana.atara and welcome to the forums. Let’s try a different restart. Please try the instructions below. If that does not work, try turning your Versa off on your watch. To do this, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.
If none of these suggestions seem to help, then contact Support. Please let us know how it goes.
