I have tried all the instructions for charging my versa and nothing is working.

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems which you can find at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
