Thanks for letting us know about your watch and because your post didn't mention, may I know what troubleshooting steps you've tried? Do you feel a vibration when pressing the button or getting it charged?
There are different factors that may prevent your watch from charging, such as having a faulty USB port or using a USB hub instead of plugging it directly to the wall or computer. If you haven't done so, please make sure to exhaust the troubleshooting steps described here and monitor its behavior afterward.
