Versa not compatible with LG G5?

I'm so frustrated! I have an android phone, and my Versa worked fine with it until the Versa stopped working, and then I got a replacement, and now I can't add apps or change the clock face because all of the sudden my phone is "not compatible" with Versa. I don't have some surprise mystery phone--i have an LG5. I wish they made it more clear on the website that this particular watch won't work with lots of Android phones.

Hey @okkate75, it is cool to see new faces around! I just want to confirm something. The Android phone, that you have is the LG G5, right? This phone model isn't on the list of the compatible devices so even though you were able to set it up your Versa with it, syncing issues might be present at some point. However, I can suggest you to take a look at the the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes!
