I receive phone calls but not text messages why??

According to this, The S9 isn't even supported. The Fitbit app is in the play store, but the S9 is technically not supported.

I saw other s9+ users say that theirs were working fine, could your issue be due to the server problem?

It probably will in the future but as @swim4lifekac says, some people's S9's are working fine. Fitbit is supporting more and more devices as they come out.

Check your settings on phone and in fitbit app .You have to hit permission on both the app and the phone. The crappy 70 dollar of Phoenix 3 I'm using even works and its not on the list. All I had to do was double check my settings. Getting a s9+ this Wednesday so was checking the threads.
