The past few mornings, I've woken up and my versa will be showing the wrong time. I've been able to re-sync it everyday, but every day it's more difficult to do so. This morning I woke up to my fitbit clock being 45 minutes behind and have yet to be able to re-sync it. I have tried everything listed in previous forum posts, and this is my last try before calling support personally.
I have tried:
- Restarting it 3 times in a row
- Turning my Bluetooth off and on
- Disconnecting my fitbit from Bluetooth and reconnecting it
- Disconnecting it from my account and re-setting it up (did this yesterday, and it took forever, and didn't last long)
- Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it
I'm out of ideas and I'm not sure if it has to do with the firmware, the versa itself, or my phone. but all of these worked just fine 5 days ago. I started noticing issues on Tuesday, 10-22.

My versa and iPad and iPhone no longer connecting to wi-fi. I know there is no issue with our wi-fi. I removed my versa and tried to reconnect it through the wi-fi, but it wouldn’t connect. Finally connected through the internet.
i understand there are issues since the last iOS update. I have tried to install different apps, but I get error issues saying my devices are not paired.
I have had my versa for a year and it worked perfectly till Fitbit updated their app and Apple did the last update

Hi @lprince , this time the problem lies by Apple and not Fitbit. With the update to iOS 13 Apple treats notifications differently than before and did not communicate this with Fitbit, so therefore Fitbit is "running behind" and has to work as fast as possible. To be clear, I do not work for Fitbit but, just as you are, a user. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri

Hi, first of all a few questions to rule problems out:
1. If you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself.
2. Are thei any other BT enabled devices in the vicinity of your Versa and Phone: if yes, either disable thier BT or move them out of BT Range (about 50 feet).
If both answers are answered with no, then try this:
1. Exit Fitbit app on your phone and deinstall it. Do not unpair or remove your Versa.
2. Restart your phone without enabling BT, or disable it after the restart.
3. Restart your Versa.
4. Reinstall the Fitbit app on your phone.
5. Start the sync manually from within the Fitbit app (BT still off) and let Fitbit search for your Versa.
6. When Fitbit has recognized/found your Versa, it will say that BT is disabled and if it should enable it. Press yes.
7 Syncing will start and possibly you get the message "connect" with the Versa and also press yes.
Hope this solves your problem, regards kuzibri

I have the same problem. I purchased an iphone 11 pro and everything was fine for a month or so then all of a sudden my watch will not sync with the app on my phone. Says it cannot find device. My watch also has the incorrect time by over an hour. I have done all the steps numerous times to forget device, turn bluetooth on and off, everything I have seen on every post. Is it just that iphone 11 pro is not compatible and if not is the new Versa 2?

Hi @Kbucz , the iPhone 11 Pro is supported by Fitbit, bus as you can read on top of the Versa's Community siteand the Customer Support site, there are problems with the iOS 13 update from Apple. The warning on top of these pages only mentions notifications, but some iPhone users with iOS13 in their phone suffer also from syncing problems. Although very inconvenient, I'm convinced that Fitbit will find a solution for these problems. The notificationsproblem is caused by Apple itself who changed the rules in handling notifications without informing Fitbit about it and the syncing problems may be the result of the latest Fitbit Firmware update. Regards kuzibri

I have been having issues similar to yours. I finally reset to default settings and I am know receiving notifications on my versa. I have my fingers crossed it will continue to work. I was so excited when my versa started showing notifications and then it just quit. Happened shortly after the last ios13 update.
