Versa not counting steps + screen issue

Hello! I have a cat clock face that counts my steps on my Versa, and gives my digital cat food when I walk enough. It suddenly stopped working today! It's not counting my steps and the circular for that tracks steps is off the track. I've tried shutting it off, but it's not helping. 

 

I also had weird squares where my time would be, but I shut it off and they went away!

@Sammy_LeDerp it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the steps stopped being tracked. Thank you for trying shutting it off and turning it back on before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know what is the name of the clock face. Is it a third party clock face?

 

In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face, make sure that it's one developed from Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.
