Versa not detectable

I woke up this morning and my versa was an hour behind real time, so I tried a few fixes from different forums. I’ve restarted the watch three times in series, I’ve switched Bluetooth off and on on my iPhone several times, I’ve removed my versa from the Bluetooth list, restarted the phone, even deleted the Fitbit app and redownloaded it. Nothing is seeming to help! The last thing I tried was just to add a new device after deleting my versa off the app, it won’t even pick up the device, I’m at my wits end, this was a Christmas present to me

We still need to fix the non sync issue before we will be able to setup the tracker as a new device. Simply telling Fitbit that the tracker is not going to be used by removing it from the users account usually only adds more problems an why we never would suggest unit the other dozen or things have been tried.

You do not mention restarting the phone or powering completely off both the Versa and the phone.

Settings - help - shutdown.

It is explained in the user manual found under the help link below

I shut the watch down completely and turned it back on. It worked long
enough to set it back up as a device but still I keep seeing a “looking”
notification when I try to sync it
