Hadn’t worn Versa FB for a few weeks and had it on charger. Now my steps aren’t displaying on the Fitbit, but they are on the app. So updated app, powered off FB and back up to no avail. I saw a similar issue posted in community with no resolution. Help please...

Today I received some type of “invalid clock face error.” I went to app and selected a new clock face and now the steps display. Very weird; clock face worked for months and suddenly doesn’t? And what does clock face have to do with counting steps?!
