Versa not displaying when receiving notifications

Phone rings and watch vibrates but my screen stays black. Same with text or anything. I have to tap the screen several times to get the message to appear and often times it goes away I guess because I tapped too many times.

It's great to welcome you @Gretch89.

If you have the quick view option on, at the moment of raising your hand your Versa display will light up. Now, if you want it to turn on without having to raise your hand, there isn't an option like this. I took the liberty and searched for a request like this but didn't find any. Feel free to visit our feature suggestions board and share your ideas.
