Versa not getting any notifications

I have my Versa all set up and I’m not receiving any notifications at all. I have removed reset and turned on everything that needs to be on to get them. What am I going to do next? If nothing else I guess I’ll call Fitbit and see what they say?

For me it is generally, switching bluetooth off, then back on again.

Pairing is important for the notifications to work, make sure your mobile is on this compatible list:

List

Only the devices on the list have been proven to have 100% of the features

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you able to receive notifications now?

Mine will get notifications, but it doesn’t alert me when it gets one.

Hey @Deltapi285, great to see you around.

 

If your Versa isn't vibrating at the moment of receiving notifications, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Same problem here. Just says I'm all up to date. Tried the left and bottom button. No change. So frustrating.
