Versa won’t charge

For the past two weeks, when my battery is low (24-60%) I put it on the charger and it flashes 0%. Sends me notifications (I get an email). Then it shuts off. I leave it for a couple hours then when I take it off it turns on and says 0% but then 10 minutes after wearing it it says 100%. Except today instead of ten minutes it took 12 hours to turn back on. I’m wondering if this is leading to an inevitable product replacement?

If you havent already, try restarting your Versa several times and see if that corrects it next time you charge. If it doesnt, try a factory reset (settings app on the Versa, scroll down to About) Let us know how you go

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Versa? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked?

I did do the shutdown. I didn’t want to factory reset and lose all my data. It seemed to work until last night it turned off for no reason (fully charged) and now I cannot get it to turn on. I hold the buttons which worked the first time it did this but now it will not turn on.

Over 24 hours without the Fitbit turning back on. I have tried leaving it on the charger, leaving it off for a couple of hours. Cleaning it (again). Holding the bottom and middle buttons for 10+ sec. holding all the buttons. Everything. It will not turn on. How do I exchange it?

It will not turn on now, I’ve tried all the DIY troubleshooting advice online. How do I go about exchanging it?
