Versa not getting notifications from Redmi Note

I was unable to receive any notification from my Redmi Note phone. Was told that the latest version is unavailable for my phone and it's not supported by the app. Please kindly solve this problem. Thank you.

I don't see your phone on the Supported Devices list, which may be part of what you're experiencing.  Usually Fitbit doesn't announce when/if it will be supported or that the device is even being tested.  Who knows what's going on, but there may be more going on than we know about.  My best advice is to just keep checking the Supported Devices list, as there's not much else you can do at this point.

@Aliciachr Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, as my friend @DramaQueenDiva mentioned, the Redmi Note is not currently in the supported devices list. This is the reason the text/call notifications are not being received.

I recommend you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion, which requests to have all the RedMi phones to be compatible with Fitbit devices.
