Hi, could you please be more specific? Without knowing more than you describe, I only can advice you to reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and lower right key button untill the Fitbit logo appears in your display and see if that solves your problem.

@Arborpark134 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up on this issue and would like to know if your Versa is still stuck on the battery mode screen or if the issue got resolved after restarting your tracker as suggested @SunsetRunner.
